To provide superior Hong Kong / Macao visa service, starting from May 1st 2019, all ordinary passport holders visiting Hong Kong SAR or Macao SAR are required to submit their visa applications at the Kuwait China Visa Application Center. Chinese Embassy in Kuwait will not accept above applications directly.

Fee collections: China Visa Application Center will charge visa fees, visa express fees on behalf of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General. Additionally, the center will charge service fees for service provided. Fee information is available on the website of China Visa Application Center.
Processing time: The regular service usually takes 30 working days. The express service is provided conditionally with prior approval of consular officer and extra charge applied. Above processing time is for reference only. The processing time for cases to be transmitted to Hong Kong SAR Government or the Macao SAR Government for approval will be extended.
Tips:
1. China Visa Application Center is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications, or their grant or refusal, and shall not be liable or responsible for any delay by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General and the grant or refusal of visas is at their sole discretion.
2. Holders of diplomatic and service (official) passports or applicants eligible to apply for China's diplomatic, courtesy and service visas, and Chinese nationals applying for a visa to the Hong Kong or Macao Special Administrative Region of China should still apply directly to Consular office of the Chinese Embassy in Kuwait (Address：No.82, Street 1, Block 4, Yarmouk, Kuwait；Business Hours：Sunday-Thursday,9:00am-12:00am.).
3. Hong Kong or Macao visa application could be submitted to Chinese Embassy or Consulate General through China Visa Application Center. Or you may apply to Immigration Department of The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Public Security Police Force of The Government of Macao Special Administrative Region.
