On August 18 and 19, 2024, Ambassador Zhang Jianwei called on Kuwait’s Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Aziz Boushahri, Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment Dr. Anwar Ali Al-Mudhaf, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, respectively. Representatives of the relevant enterprises were present at the meetings.

Both sides exchanged their views on efforts to implement the important common understandings between the leaders of the two nations and to deepen bilateral relations. They agreed to further increase communication and synergy and accelerate the progress of practical cooperation for the wellbeing of both countries and peoples.
